Plaque Attack Triple Care Dental Spray Reviews 69 of 73 people found the following review helpful Do Not use this on small dogs!, By This review is from: Plaque Attack Triple Care Dental Spray (Misc.) My dog has a bad infection from the use of this product as have several other small dogs that this product has been used on. Many have reported swelling around the neck and face. My yorkie had a prolonged bloody discharge from his mouth, after only a few days use; swelling and a bad infection resulted a few days later. The real cost is a $400+ vet bill. Others have experienced this but its hard to find it with the company's aggressive internet campaign. 196 of 226 people found the following review helpful Works, but not safe for pets livers/kidneys in long run., This review is from: Plaque Attack Triple Care Dental Spray (Misc.) Sure, Plaque Attack `works!' But a more serious question needing to be asked, "At what cost to pet safety and longevity?"I am a clinician and formulary herbalist and clinical aromatherapist who founded a company that manufacturers among other products, a line of Equine and Pet herbal products. My youngest kitten Sage had tons of tartar on her teeth even though she had her teeth cleaned once before. It isn't like she is going to let us brush her teeth so I was desperate for a good solution. Already I could see her gums getting red and that meant she might have to have teeth pulled and would have a worse infection soon. So I took a chance on this plaque attack and can I say I am really impressed. In just two weeks all the plaque and tartar was gone.I seriously thought we were going to have to spend $400 for a teeth cleaning but for around $29 and just a few sprays we won't need to spend that much money. Now we only need to use the plaque attack a few times a week. To be honest my cat doesn't like me spraying this stuff in her mouth but it is something she needs. I tasted it myself and it really isn't bad. Just I think it is stronger for a cat. But after a few minutes of smacking it around in her mouth she seems fine. By spraying it in her... Read more |
